AD Studio Consultants Ltd was formed in 2005 by David Rance following a successful period of collaboration with the new studio build project in Alicante, Spain – (Ciudad de la Luz).

The aim of ADSC is to support our clients from the initial planning and discussion phase of new Studio  and Media Park developments through to the reality of “physical production” and paying clients/tenants on site.

With our knowledge gained in over 16 years experience working with Film and Television Studios and Media Parks, ADSC are able to provide full project management support in all aspects of design and layout consultation, management processes and operational management together with all the necessary support documentation.

From the initial discussion phase with our clients at the planning stage and following an agreed layout of the site and its activities, ADSC prepare a full set of project “Tracking Documents” for each aspect of the project including; Project Start Requirements, Civil Works, Installations and Requirements, On Site Services, External Water Tank Features, Documentation Requirements and Human Resource Requirements. Each document is prepared in line with the clients planned development of the studio and is updated and tracked following site visits and regular communication with the various project teams involved.

Throughout the development process, as each phase of the project is started, ADSC prepare the necessary reports and documents required to support the on site project management teams with their work. As and when required, ADSC visit the project teams on site and discuss and review each phase of the project. Where appropriate, time is also spent with each department in Film and Television Studio projects to provide any training that is requested.

Basically, ADSC aim to provide support to our clients from the early planning phase of the project through to physical production  and occupation on site.  Although ADSC are not architects or engineers we do work closely with these project service providers, on behalf of our clients, to ensure their best interests are represented at all times. We believe our main strengths are in the areas of Customer Requirements, Installations and Services, Customer Service Issues, Management Issues and Operational Requirements which eventually lead to “Total Customer Satisfaction” for our Studio and Media Park clients and their own on site clients.
