AD Studio Consultants were retained by Ciudad de la Luz (City of Light) in Alicante, Spain as their primary consultant from January 2003 through to the middle of 2008. During this period ADSC and CDLL both had a strong and successful working relationship, taking the project from a green field site through to a fully operational international Film and Television Studio.

At present, the studio consists of six Sound Stages, Mill and Workshop buildings, Production Support buildings, a fully serviced Restaurant and Cafeteria building, two large Back-Lots and a fully operational external Water Tank with blue/green screen backing. All of these facilities are supported by the necessary infrastructure for vehicle access, parking and security and are managed by a very committed and professional team of people from the region.

The relationship between AD Studio Consultants and the Ciudad de la Luz management team has continued on a non contractual basis and we provide any necessary support to them as they enter Phase II of the project. This will include the building of additional Film and Television Sound Stages, a “Super Stage” and additional production support facilities including a number of multi functional workshops. Future development plans also include for the provision of a new Administration Building which will cater for productions and long term tenants.

Our goal is always the same as that of our client, to bring success and continued growth to the project. We pride ourselves on remaining part of their “team” and providing the necessary level of service to help them achieve their goals, even during this non contractual period.
