AD Studio Consultants successfully negotiated a contract with Korda Studios in March 2007 to provide services in support of the development of their project and to work closely with their management and project teams already on site.

At the time of agreeing contracts, Korda Studios development was well under way to completing the building of Phase I. This included four sound stages, mill and workshop building, production support buildings and a large back-lot. All of which are supported by the necessary infrastructure of vehicle access and parking and well planned security measures.

The current role of ADSC is to support the Korda Studios Management teams and their retained project teams with the implementation of professional management systems and the correct level of studio management protocols for the incoming contracted productions. Once ADSC had been given time to review the project in full, it was apparent that a lot of work was required to produce all the necessary systems in support of an international film and television studio. To date, this has been achieved on time and within budget.

ADSC are now collaborating with Korda Studios Management on their Phase II construction project. This includes all the necessary supporting services including; management documentation, profit centres, building requirements, catering services, third party contract suppliers and all the other essential services required to ensure the correct level of growth within the studio, to enable it to accommodate multiple occupancy of local and overseas productions and long term tenants on site.
